Trading a stock before a company’s earnings release is one way to speculate on a security’s price movement. It is estimated that a stock’s price moves approximately 5%-15%, on average, after financial results are released. The stocks on our list today were compiled from mean analyst Earnings Per Share(EPS) targets for companies soon to be releasing financials, and comparing this to the company’s last stated EPS. Of course we chose ones with a much greater upgrade from analysts, in hopes these stocks will flourish ahead of the upcoming announcements.
