Gross profit, as defined by revenue minus the cost of a product or service sold, is a key profitability metric used within the industry. The companies on this list have maintained a gross profit margin well above 85%, which is 80% more than most airline companies. Although gross profitability doesn’t necessarily translate directly into cash flow, it is still impressive to have such high margins.
