AnalytixInsight Completes $800,000 Private Placement Financing

TORONTO, ONTARIO–(Marketwired – Nov. 21, 2014) – AnalytixInsight Inc. (the “Company”) (TSX VENTURE:ALY) has closed a private placement financing for gross proceeds of $800,000. The offering was fully subscribed. The Company issued 2,962,962 units to subscribers at a price of $0.27 per unit, each unit consisting of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one additional common share of the Company at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of one year. 

The proceeds from the financing will be used for general working capital purposes and to help finance potential acquisitions. All securities issued in connection with the offering are subject to a hold period expiring on March 22, 2015.

In connection with the offering, the Company has paid finder’s fees of $37,290 to finders who introduced subscribers to the Company.
