David Outhwaite : President, Chief Executive Officer& Director

David Outhwaite has been Chief Executive Officer of the Company since its inception in December 2004. He has extensive operational experience garnered from 32 years of experience in the software and telecommunications industries. Mr. Outhwaite has had an extensive career managing growth technology companies employing several hundred people, and has led expansions in South American, European and Pacific markets.

He was Chief Operating Officer of CryptoLogic, Inc., a Toronto-based company providing Internet-based Casino and e-Commerce software to the global marketplace. Mr. Outhwaite has held executive management positions with Informix Software Canada, Sybase Canada, Control Data Systems and Philips Information Systems. He participated in numerous ISO certifications and has acted as Compliance Officer for several public companies.

Karen Hersh : Chief Financial Officer

Karen Hersh oversees all financial operations for the Company and its subsidiaries. She was a Vice President at PricewaterhouseCoopers Securities where she specialized in mergers, acquisitions, restructurings and financings for companies in the technology and telecommunications industries.

With more than 18 years of financial experience, Ms. Hersh has successfully managed and closed numerous business transactions. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University and the Chartered Accountant designation.

Malcolm Macallum : Chief Technology Officer

Malcolm Macallum is a senior technology executive with extensive experience in business operations, software development, information technology and ecommerce. He has successfully built and managed organizations of over 200 professionals.

Mr. Macallum has built the infrastructure, systems and processes for two growing public companies and has driven the re-engineering of multi-national business processes and systems with corporations such as LaFarge, CTV, Glaxo and Warner-Lambert. He also served as a senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of a company specialized in healthcare management systems for Canadian, U.S., Indian and Australian markets. Mr. Macallum has extensive international experience and a proven track record in government regulated international businesses and healthcare markets.

John McLeod : Director

John McLeod is a Chartered Accountant with over 25 years experience with emerging technology companies. He has been on the company’s Board of Directors since November 2006. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors of CablesEdge Software Inc. Mr. McLeod was the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Spectra Securities Software, a company that provides wealth management software to major global financial institutions. He is currently the President of JCM Ventures, an investment and consulting firm.

George Kempff : Director

George Kempff is a Certified Management Accountant currently working as a financial consultant to alternative energy and emerging companies. He has an established record of implementing and upgrading financial systems international companies in the manufacturing sector. Mr. Kempff served as Vice President of Finance for Stuart Energy Systems Corporation for five years until it was acquired by Hydrogenics Corporation in 2005. He has gained valuable corporate accounting and control experience working at Bell Canada and Levi Strauss. He joined the company’s Board of Directors in August 2005.

John Haag : Director

ohn Haag has been on the Board of Directors since August 2005. He is a Chartered Accountant with expertise in international tax planning for public and private corporations with a focus on global tax minimization. He specializes in strategic planning for acquisitions, dispositions and reorganizations, including structuring ownership of entities, capital and intellectual property, and risk management. Mr. Haag most recently worked at Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Consultant, Taxation and Advisory Services. He serves as a special advisor for the Barbados government for matters concerning tax policy and international tax treaty negotiations.

Norman Inkster : Director & Chairman

Norman Inkster has been on the Board of Directors since January 2005. He is a recognized expert in national and international law enforcement and forensic investigations. He founded the Inkster Group, a private consulting entity providing investigative, security and law reform services to domestic and foreign governments and international financial institutions. Prior to that, Mr. Inkster was the Global Managing Partner for the international forensics practice of a major accounting firm. He was the Commissioner of the RCMP from 1987 to 1994, when he managed all aspects of Canada’s national police force of approximately 21,000 employees and a $1.7-billion budget. Mr. Inkster also held the position of President of Interpol from 1992 to 1994. An Officer of the Order of Canada, he is a member of the Canadian and International Associations of Chiefs of Police, Honorary Chief of the Blackfoot Tribe and Honorary Member of the Bear Clan of the Cree Nation.
