Mr. Martinez is the Chief Executive Officer of Pioneering Pay, a US based international treasury and payroll consulting firm that focuses on business development, finance and treasury projects. Mr. Martinez’s previous employment includes his tenure at the European headquarters of Cendant Corporation.

Professor, Dr. Jeremy Stone : Director

Professor, Dr. Stone is a physician, CEO, experienced Chairman, strategist, an institutional and professional investor. He is Deputy Chairman of Excalibur, a new investment bank based in London, England formed by the merger of Merlin Biosciences (Europe’s most successful medical sciences VC) and Merchant Ventures Investments Ltd, of which he was founder and chairman. Excalibur is a specialized financial services firm specializing in insurance and structured finance, arranging more than $3bn of transactions per year. Professor, Dr. Stone has been involved in the creation of more than $6bn of shareholder value since his first investments days.

William White : Director

Mr. White is the principal of W. White and Associates Ltd, a Management Consulting firm whose clients include The Bank of Nova Scotia, Triad Guaranty Insurance, Allstate Insurance, and CIBC. Over the last 25 years, he has held senior management positions with Kraft Foods, American Express Canada, Canadian Tire, Canstar Sports and CIBC.

Rajiv Rai : Director

Mr. Rai is the Director of Development at CORE Digital Pictures Inc. Prior to this, he was the VP of Sales and founder of FastVibe, and held positions in marketing, sales, and product development capacity at Rogers Cable and Rogers Wireless. He is also a Director of Zoolander Corp, and Chairman of ONEXONE, a nonprofit organization.

Michael Pesner : Director

Mr. Pesner is a Chartered Accountant and President of Hermitage Canada Finance Inc, a financial advisory services firm. For 26 years he was a partner at KPMG LLP. Currently, he also sits on the boards of Prestige Telecom Inc, Bitumen Capital Inc, San Anton Capital Inc, and Quest Uranium Corp.
