Mr. Rowlands has served in senior management roles with public emerging market companies, taking them through key corporate milestones increasing shareholder value. Mr. Rowlands also brings his wealth of investment banking experience to Eurocontrol from the numerous senior positions he has held in the investment banking industry.

Gadi Gonen : Chief Operating Officer & Director

Gadi Gonen has extensive experience in financing and operating emerging companies both in high technology and other emerging market areas. In addition, Mr. Gonen has been a fund manager focusing on emerging market and mid-market companies. Mr. Gadi Gonen has 20 years experience with establishing and managing high tech companies, raising private and public equity, and support start-up ventures in the process of transforming them from the R&D phase into solid profitable companies.

Brig. General Uzyel Ben Itzhak : V.P. Operations

General Ben Itzhak has served in the Israeli armed forces for 30 years and has worked as a consultant for the Israeli military and industrial complex both in Israel and abroad.

Gregory Duras : Chief Financial Officer

Prior to joining Eurocontrol Mr. Duras held the position of Vice President of Finance and Administration at S.C. Rosia Montana Gold Corporation S.A. (RMGC), a mineral exploration and mining development company based in Romania with responsibility for financial reporting, project financing, taxation, auditing and budgeting activities. Prior to RMGC, Mr. Duras held a number of senior finance roles, including Controller of TSX-listed Gabriel Resources Ltd. and High River Gold Mines Ltd. Mr. Duras is a Certified General Accountant and a Certified Professional Accountant, and holds a Bachelor of Administration from Lakehead University.

Pierre S. Pettigrew : Chairman

The Honourable Pierre S. Pettigrew has had a most distinguished career as a Canadian federal cabinet minister, serving as Minister of Foreign Affairs and Minister for International Trade in his last positions in public office. Mr. Pierre Pettigrew also served as Minister of Health, Minister of Intergovernmental Affairs, Minister of Human Resources Development and Minister of International Cooperation. As a cabinet minister, he chaired numerous working groups on difficult international trade issues and lead trade missions to China, India, Russia, Germany, Algeria, Morocco, South Africa, Nigeria, Mexico, and other countries. From 1985 to 1995, he was an International Business Consultant with Deloitte. In addition to serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Eurocontrol, Mr. Pettigrew will also act as Senior Advisor to the management team of Eurocontrol.

Mr. Bharti has over 25 years of experience in operations and finance. Mr. Bharti has been involved in acquiring, restructuring and financing numerous public and private companies. Mr. Bharti has raised over $200 million in public markets over the last decade. Mr. Bharti is a Professional Mining Engineer and holds a Masters Degree in Engineering from Moscow, Russia and the University of London.
