Eagle Hill Exploration Corp. (TSXV: EAG) - Investment Highlights
- Advance exploration project: Eagle Hill Exploration (EAG: TSX-VEN) is a promising junior gold exploration company. The property of focus for Eagle Hill is the Windfall Lake gold project, which it acquired recently from Noront Resources. This project is ideally located with sound infrastructure and has significant exploration history and future potential.
- Compelling Investment Potential: A previous exploration program conducted by Noront yielded some very promising results. Past drillings yielded many high grade gold intersections. Past studies suggest that significant gold intersections lie in one of several strike-parallel “corridors” that appear to cross the most intensely mineralized part of the property.
- Well capitalized to implement exploration program: The company raised $3.175 million recently. The net proceeds from this financing will be used to finance the exploration and development of its Windfall Lake Property. Eagle Hill has an exploration budget of approximately $2.75 million that will include initial program preparation work and eventually an exploration program starting early next year.
- Project Commitment bodes well: In a rare sign of commitment, the company has placed the proceeds of $3.2 million dollars in trust, which will only be used for exploration activities and development of the Windfall Lake gold project.
