What is interesting?

Champion is a well funded advanced stage iron ore exploration company with an attractive portfolio of properties in Labrador, Newfoundland and Quebec.
An aggressive 15,000 metre drill program currently underway in Freemont property to define the inferred resource in two claim blocks.
Two main properties: Fermont Property & Attikamagen property.
Current drill focus is Fermont Property. 16 drill claims with a land area of 386 sq km.
Fermont property is in North Eastern Quebec in a know iron ore district.
Rights to earn 65% of Fermont property by spending $6M in cash over five years.
Company is among the few microcaps still in play in the Labrador mining belt.
The Fermont Property is located close to roads, power and rail connecting to Port Cartier on the St. Lawrence Seaway.
Fermont property is near the Arcelor Mittal property (NYSE:AM) and Consolidated Thompson Mines properties (TSX: CLM).
Consolidated Thomson Mines acquired a nearby explorer Quinto Mining corporation which has properties neighbouring Fermont.
Around $16Million in the treasury to fund the exploration to earn 65% interest in Fermont property.
High resolution airborne magnetics used for volumetric analysis to identify high priority drill targets in Fermont.
Company has been reporting good rill results with good width and grade.
Company is also conducting a preliminary assessment study.
Fermont holdings host pre-National Instrument 43-101 (“43-101”) mineral resources1 of approximately 610 million tonnes grading 32.2% Fe, located in close proximity to former, current and developing iron mines and projects. The pre-43-101 quoted mineral resource figures are compiled from 7 of Champion’s 15 Fermont area properties. The remaining 8 properties contain known magnetic iron formation occurrences that have not been quantified.
The Attikamagen property is a joint venture with Labec Century Iron Ore requiring Labec to spend $6M over 6 years to earn a 60% interest in the project.
Company has an experienced management and technical team.
Iron Ore demand at the macro level is very strong as emerging markets are engaged in a massive build phase to build the infrastructure for their country. So long term demand prospects for iron ore are favourable.

Champion is an early stage exploration company. The commercialization risks associated with iron ore exploration and development are high and its prospects for discovering economically viable iron ore resources are uncertain. Iron ore prices can fluctuate and a decline in the gold prices could impact the share price of the company adversely. Early stage exploration companies typically needs significant amount of capital and although currently well financed, Champion may still require additional financing. This could result in shareholders’ dilution.
